Terms and Conditions
Please read carefully before placing an order. By ordering from us you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
You must be over 18 years of age.
You must be resident of the UK..
When placing an order the customer has to give a working email address.
All orders are subject to acceptance by us.
You do not have the right to cancel contracts for custom made articles or goods.
Where Free Delivery is stated this refers to any address in England, Wales and some parts of Scotland
The delivery date is dependant upon receipt and confirmation of all data, payments and email notices.
We cannot be held responsible if the delivery is late due to a third party such as a courier or if no one was available to sign for the order.
The prices of any products will be as quoted on and ordered on our website except in cases of obvious error. Costs caused by subsequent changes instigated by the customer will be charged separately.
Our terms are payment with order.
We will carry out all orders on the basis of data sent by you. You must carefully check the print data before sending it to us. We will not check the print data and it is the customers responsibility for errors in printing owing to incorrect data supplied.
Defects in delivered goods must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt.
Slight deviations in colour will not be seen as defects.
Our liability for any product is limited to the price of that product.
If part of the delivery has defects, this will not authorise the customer to object to the whole order.
The orders will be created on the basis of the customers content related stipulations in the print data that has been sent. We have no influence on the contents of the printed products. You represent that you have all rights to use, disseminate and publish the data you have sent, in particular with regard to text and photographic material. You are liable for ensuring that data you supply does not infringe copyright rights of third parties and that contents of printed matter do not violate the applicable law. You will indemnify us without reservation if claims are asserted against us due to the infringement of the rights of third parties, in particular breaches of copyright, as a result of use of data provided by you.
We will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performance due to an event outside our reasonable control.
We reserve the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time.If there is a problem with the quality of our print or we have made a mistake and you are not happy we will refund the full price of the product in question or reprint it free of charge.
We cannot be responsible for:
Design errors introduce by the customer.
Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customers.
Poor quality or low resolution of uploaded images, logotypes etc. Or images sent by email.
Errors not corrected by the customer when the customer has been provided with proofs.
This guarantee is limited to reprint of the original order or refund of the purchase price. We are not responsible for any damages or claims incurred by you or your business caused by receiving printed materials which are defective or incomplete or which you receive later than the original delivery date. We are not liable for postal service errors including loss or delay.
These conditions and all other express and implied terms of contract shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
